Job Description

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely listing of products
  • Manage pricing within the product, dynamically and manually
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure correct and efficient content input
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose technical solutions to streamline processes
  • Build and monitor the effectiveness of marketplace pages, analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative efforts towards common goals

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in operations, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
