About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Brighton area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of leading brands, ensuring products and promotions are displayed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up efficiently, products are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Experience training or coaching colleagues is a bonus.
