About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Brighton area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of leading household name brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, as well as health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Standards: You will adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for our clients.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
