Management and Leadership Trainee Role with DHL Supply Chain

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Management and Leadership Trainee. This 40-month program will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in business practice and management, while working towards achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Practice and Management with Aston University.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to DHL Supply Chain's sustainability mission of zero emissions, while also developing their stakeholder management skills. You will have the opportunity to network with the wider graduate and apprentice population, and give back to the community through DHL's Foundation by helping to achieve the vision to end youth unemployment.

The role will involve working on real-world projects, with early accountability and fast progression opportunities. You will receive regular performance feedback and personal growth planning through a structured learning plan.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
