Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Dove and Hawk, a leading digital property consultancy, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Hackney. This role is ideal for a sales agent with 2+ years of lettings experience looking to develop their skills in sales within a vibrant and successful office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register applicants and respond to online enquiries professionally
  • Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
  • Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to secure offers
  • Qualify offers to achieve the best deal for all parties involved
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers, as well as colleagues
  • Complete necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings and sales process
  • Manage the lettings and sales process from offer to move-in
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working in North or Central London
  • Valuation experience is advantageous
  • Vendor care experience
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Driving license
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE, with a guarantee for the first 3 months
  • OTE: £60,000
  • Company car or car allowance
