Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee internal Servers, networking, and communication systems across all departments.
  2. Manage company data centers and rack systems.
  3. Investigate and resolve issues related to the company's systems and phone system.
  4. Provide 24/7 support for data center operations.
  5. Lead the Information Systems department, currently consisting of one Infrastructure Engineer.
  6. Produce reports on infrastructure improvements and future directions.
  7. Review and enhance support practices and document departmental status.
  8. Manage customer relationships and expectations.
  9. Ensure all processes are thoroughly documented to meet customer-facing standards.
  10. Deliver performance reports to customers based on SLA metrics.

Required Technical Experience:

  1. Hands-on experience with CISCO (Firewalls, Switches, Routers).
  2. Proficiency in Windows Server.
  3. Familiarity with TCP/IP Networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  4. Experience in Web Hosting and Microsoft IIS.
  5. SQL Server Administration skills, including backups and job scheduling.
  6. Knowledge of Hyper-V and Active Directory, including group policy.
  7. Experience with failover clustering and replication technologies.
  8. Proficient in backup management.
  9. Skills in PowerShell and Scripting.
  10. Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms.
  11. Experience with Docker administration.
  12. Basic knowledge of Linux.
