- ATT qualification or be Qualified by Experience (QBE) with recent experience in personal tax.
- At least 2 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- Familiarity with tax software such as IRIS (or similar), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with clients and HMRC.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine interest in personal tax and a desire to grow in this field.
