We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Abri, based in Horndean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of external communal areas, including grass, shrubs, and hedges, across Petersfield and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of external communal areas, including grass cutting, shrub pruning, and hedge trimming.
- Undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience.
- PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
- NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential).
- A full driver's licence with towing licence desirable.
