Physician Associate Preceptorship in Secondary Care Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead the development of a high-quality training programme for Physician Associates in secondary care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical education and a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training programme for Physician Associates in secondary care
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the programme meets the needs of learners and employers
- Lead a team of educators and trainers to deliver high-quality training and assessment
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme and make recommendations for improvement

Person Specification
- Primary clinical healthcare qualification
- Membership/Fellowship of a Royal College, Faculty, professional association and/or regulatory body
- Experience of clinical and educational leadership and innovation, including managing a multi-professional team
