We're looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Optical Department as a Call Centre Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, updating records, and managing appointments. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls and emails, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £7.50 per hour and a range of benefits.
