Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

The Wayman Learning Trust is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to support students with various learning needs in a secondary school in Camden. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with specific learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students during lessons.
  • Help create differentiated resources.
  • Support students in both group and individual settings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a secondary school or SEN setting.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to student needs.
  • An up-to-date DBS check.
