Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Team Manager and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a leader in our specialist service area, you will be responsible for the delivery, leadership, and management of a clinical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and paramedics
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and professional development of staff
  • Delivering care for physical and mental health conditions, including substance misuse and acute injuries
  • Acting as a clinical role model and providing direct supervision to team members
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation in line with legal and professional standards

This role requires full police vetting, and it is essential that you can travel independently across the area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.

About the Role:

The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating team performance and delivery, ensuring that they practice within their sphere of competence and knowledge.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
