Oracle HCM Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labor implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop functional and technical designs based on business requirements and provide architectural solutions to project execution teams for implementation.
  4. Work closely with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems as required.
  5. Collaborate with Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth, and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value within the context of the HCM domain.
  6. Direct, develop, and present to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  7. Develop solution demonstrations to validate the solution.
  8. Provide insight, innovation, and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across the HR Cloud industry as a Subject Matter Expert.
  9. Challenge clients' current ways of working and encourage the adoption of Oracle best practices.
  10. Report on client project risks and opportunities.

Your Skills & Experience:

  1. 7+ years' experience solutioning, configuring, and implementing Fusion.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle/Cloud HCM Suite.
  3. Experience with designing and implementing Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution.
  4. Working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain.
  5. Conduct secondary research on domain/industry-specific solutions.
  6. Identify key trends and forecasts in the given area of domain/industry.
