Oracle HCM Solution Architect

12 months

Up to £700 per day

Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Solution Architect to join our team.

About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
  4. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems.
  5. Collaborate with Product Owner to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities.
  6. Direct, develop, and present to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  7. Develop solution demonstrations to validate the solution.
  8. Provide insight, innovation and thought leadership to clients on the latest thinking across the HR Cloud industry.
  9. Challenge clients' current ways of working and encourage the adoption of Oracle best practices.
  10. Report on client project risks and opportunities.

Your Skills & Experience:

  1. 7+ years' experience solutioning, configuring and implementing Fusion.
  2. At least 3 years experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Oracle / Cloud HCM Suite.
  3. Experience with designing and implementing Oracle's Cloud Payroll solution.
  4. Working knowledge of customer business domain and/or product within a specific industry vertical/domain.
  5. Conduct secondary research on domain/industry specific solutions.
  6. Identify key trends and forecasts in the given area of domain/industry.
