Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving revenues, controlling costs, and managing suppliers. You will have the technical skills and knowledge we need, and be keen to share this with others, guiding them through our Chef Development Programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the wider hotel management team in driving revenues and controlling costs
  • Manage suppliers and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and implement menus and culinary concepts that meet the needs of our guests
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Contribute to the development of our Chef Development Programme

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
