Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire multiple Dedicated Care Professionals in the Wiltshire area. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Dedicated Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, including making meals, drinks, and snacks as needed. You will also be expected to support residents with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions like paying bills.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist residents with getting up in the morning, provide personal care including washing, bathing, and dressing, and help them with undressing and going to bed in the evening. You will also ensure that medication is taken as required and prioritize resident wellbeing by going the extra mile to ensure they can live their best lives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided) and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are also essential.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position, but assistance will be provided if necessary.

Benefits
