The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have SEMH needs and be able to adapt their approach to meet the individual requirements of each child. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and provide strategies to deal with high-pressure situations.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.95 per hour, making this a lucrative opportunity for those passionate about supporting vulnerable children.
