Design Researcher - 12-Month FTC

Job Title: Design Researcher - 12-Month FTC

Hours: Full-Time

Duration: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working, with at least two days per week in the London office.

Our Research team excels at understanding customers and deriving insights from research data. We apply customer research methodologies, running strategic and tactical projects, interpreting results, and delivering clear insights that guide business strategy and inform Design.

Working collaboratively with other teams across Lloyds Banking Group, you'll tackle key business challenges and influence research requirements.

You'll need experience as a partner with research agencies, crafting clear briefs and collaborating to deliver results. Experience in delivering quantitative research end-to-end is advantageous, including data analysis and translating it into actionable insights.

Attendance at research sessions may be required, which can include evenings and occasional travel for meetings with agencies and project collaborators.

Experience with design and product teams to identify and prioritize research questions.

Ability to create research roadmaps and plans to keep the team on track.

Deep qualitative research experience using techniques such as usability testing, concept testing, and depth interviews.

Ethnographic research experience.

Experience triangulating research and data from various sources.

Experience with accessibility research and/or vulnerable customers.
