Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Part Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Growth: Utilize LIDS selling 101 to provide exceptional customer service, resulting in increased sales.
- Sales and Customisation Focus: Prioritise sales and customisation efforts to meet customer needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritise the customer's needs at all times, offering great brand and product knowledge.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
Brand Image: Uphold the LIDS image by:
- Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.
- Adopting a positive attitude towards our Company (in and out of the workplace).
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Expense Control: Protect Company assets within the guidelines of LIDS Retail policies, manage store inventory, and assist with accurate product counts.
Additional ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure awareness and adherence to relevant Health & Safety regulations, reporting damage to fixtures and fittings, and reacting appropriately to accidents.
Required Knowledge & Skills- Prior retail or sales experience is desirable; a passion for customer service and dedication to delivering a memorable experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and welcoming approach.
- Prolific knowledge of LIDS products, with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness, holiday, or during peak periods.
- Methodical, thorough, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent numeracy skills, with the ability to operate till/EPOS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
