**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London). As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to staff on our line of business systems and how they utilize these systems.

**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver IT system-specific training to staff in various mediums, including classroom-based, one-to-one, drop-ins, guides, video, and more
* Create varied training materials, such as videos, user guides, email, intranet articles, and Learning Management System (LMS) content
* Serve as a ServiceDesk escalation point, delivering targeted training to reduce repeat issues
* Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and internal departments to ensure training and education needs are met
* Deliver new technology training, educating, and assisting with adoption to support project delivery and the introduction of new systems
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet changing requirements and potentially travel between offices (Birmingham, London)
* Support and report into the Legal Applications and Data Manager

**Requirements / Experience:**

* Minimum three years' experience in IT trainer/Business Analyst/Customer Success role
* Experience producing training materials, such as user guides
* Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities
* Experience working in an ITIL-aligned environment
* Microsoft Office Specialist (Expert or Master level) or MCT in delivering MOS Training
* Experience working within Professional services
* Experience with SOS Legal, DocuSign, Litera DocXTools, Metadact, Lexis Create
