Job Title: Senior Asset Integrity Engineer

At INEOS Energy, we are committed to producing and trading oil, gas, power, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and carbon credits while investing in low-carbon technologies to sustain our business through the energy transition.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Asset Integrity Engineer to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing designs, plans, and executing completion, well testing, stimulation, work-over, and intervention well operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement designs and plans for completion, well testing, stimulation, work-over, and intervention well operations.
  • Ensure operational risks are assessed and reduced to as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Ensure designs and operations comply with company standards and policies and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Verify that safety-critical equipment meets design standards and is inspected by an independent body.
  • Review and understand subsurface well data packs.
  • Develop completion, testing, stimulation, and intervention design philosophies.
  • Conduct design and operability risk assessments.
  • Develop detailed programming for well operations.
  • Provide onshore support and supervision during completion and testing phases of wells.
  • Support well service operations for producing assets.
  • Capture data and lessons learned.
  • Manage KPIs through regular performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in design, planning, and execution of completion, testing, stimulation, and intervention operations both on and offshore.
  • Detailed knowledge of completions, perforating, stimulation, well testing, drill stem testing, work-overs, and intervention techniques.
  • Degree-level engineering qualification preferred.
