Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls for all employees. This includes overseeing the calculation and processing of statutory deductions, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other payroll-related adjustments. The Payroll Manager will also ensure compliance with all relevant tax and employment laws, implement and optimize payroll software to improve efficiency and accuracy in payroll processes, and manage payroll audits and ensure all payroll records are accurately maintained and securely stored. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will assist in the preparation of payroll budgets and forecasts, providing accurate data and analysis to support financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
