Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Support Professional to join Niyaa People Ltd in Monmouthshire, South Wales. This permanent contracted role offers a great package and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals aged 16-24 affected by homelessness and struggling to find, secure or maintain suitable accommodation in Monmouthshire.
  • Conduct assessments of need in accordance with the support assessment procedure.
  • Implement measures to prevent unnecessary tenancy/accommodation breakdown.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Social housing experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
