We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality cleaning and excellent customer service to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure communal spaces, including entrances, common rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas, are clean and tidy on a daily basis.
  • Provide a warm and accommodating service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Log maintenance issues to help maintain the safety and security of our properties.
  • Conduct daily kitchen cleaning to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements

  • You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and customer service.
  • You will be a hard worker, willing to get stuck in and take on new challenges.
  • You will be a friendly face around the property, happy to chat with our students and answer their questions.
  • You will have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
