About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pension Project Analyst to join our team at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of pension schemes within the PPF legislative framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders to deliver projects in line with agreed project plans and budgets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, such as technical and legal matters.
  • Make risk-based decisions to enable schemes to complete assessment on time and on budget.
  • Lead on selected cases and provide clear direction to each project.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and/or portfolios of pension schemes.
  • Leadership skills and ability to analyse information to form risk-based decisions.
  • Proven influencing, persuading, and negotiation skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver complex information clearly and concisely to a wide audience.
  • Knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes is essential for this position.
