Job Title: Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our Cooling Tech division, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and providing technical and practical support across the North of England.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the profitability of all quoted service works
  2. Provide technical and practical support to regional service engineers
  3. Liaise with management and clients to ensure smooth daily service operations
  4. Support regional service engineers with health and safety matters
  5. Maintain effective communication with contracted customers
  6. Recruit and manage Service Engineer resource with the Regional Service Manager
  7. Collaborate with the Projects BU to ensure successful project delivery
  8. Work with the RSM to develop the region and achieve business objectives
  9. Prepare and submit customer reports as required
  10. Complete all service engineer functions, including call-out rota
  11. Coordinate regional projects as needed
Requirements:
  1. Relevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations, specifically commercial chillers
  2. Experience and contacts with regional refrigeration end-users
  3. Good technical knowledge of industrial systems and equipment
  4. Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives
  6. Ability to develop a good understanding of our customers' business requirements and operations
  7. Proactive approach to tasks and a 'can-do' attitude
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel and Word
  10. Time-served Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
  11. Relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling and CITB / C&G Ammonia Handling Certificate
  12. Pressure Testing Competency
  13. Specific Compressor Manufacturers Training Courses
  14. Controls and Strategy experience
