Job Overview

Hovis Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager in managing reporting and forecasting processes within logistics and third-party logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager in managing reporting and forecasting processes within logistics and third-party logistics operations.
  • Partner with site operational teams to drive performance through insight and analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis for weekly flash and monthly reporting.
  • Analyse data sets to measure and assess risks and opportunities for the logistics function.
  • Communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to sites when required.
