Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at PASWAL TRANSPORT LTD. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating team information flow, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Information Flow Coordination: Coordinate team information flow to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including mail distribution, implementing policies and procedures, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and managing inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service using basic computer skills.
Computer Skills:
- Software Proficiency: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Database Management: Maintain digital databases with accuracy and efficiency.
Work Conditions:
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Compensation:
