About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools and educators, and matching them with the right candidates for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to schools and educators, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.
  • Proactively build and develop a strong candidate database, matching them with suitable roles and opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Engage with schools and educators to understand their needs and challenges, and provide solutions to benefit both parties.
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
