Academic Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment Careers. As an Academic Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students aged 11-19 in accessing learning resources and information to aid their studies.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support students with varying learning needs.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, ideally educated to undergraduate level at a minimum.
  • Passion for education, learning, and high achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
