Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Transportengineer. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering team to ensure the highest standards of vehicle presentation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineering staff to achieve high standards of vehicle presentation and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with DVSA standards and health, safety & environmental legislation.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Director to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of technical and people management skills, preferably in the PSV/HGV industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate engineering support staff.
  • Computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Hold an appropriate professional engineering qualification with supervisory/management experience.
