About the Role

As a Business Assurance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our business. You'll work closely with our Business Assurance team to review and refine key processes, developing and implementing effective solutions to ensure the highest standards of regulation and compliance.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective Business Assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of financial advice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Business Assurance team to identify learning trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide expert support to the Business Assurance Lead in scoping, planning, delivering, and reporting Business Assurance reviews
  • Adhere to all Business Assurance policies and procedures


Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a broad understanding of the Financial Planning markets, including Advice, Product Providers, and Lenders. You'll need a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.



Qualifications


  • Chartered Level 6 Qualified
  • AF3 Pension Transfers (or equivalent)
  • CF6 (or equivalent preferred)
  • ER1 (or equivalent preferred)
  • CF8 (or equivalent preferred)
