About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance Business team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling a busy caseload and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills, and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the firm and the team.

The role will involve marketing and business development; therefore, the ideal candidate must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours and be comfortable attending a range of marketing events and progressing various business development initiatives.

Ideally, you will have experience in or an interest in developing a specialism within the Corporate Commercial arena. The team currently advises a wide range of charities, clubs, and not-for-profit organisations, has a strong presence in the health care sector, and is developing a technology, media, and IT offering. An interest in one of these sectors or another would be advantageous, and the Firm has a record of investing time and resources into helping people develop their own particular niche specialisms.

You will need to use your own initiative and provide good succinct commercial advice to clients. You will be computer literate, able to use a case management system, and be able to type.
