About the Opportunity

Our esteemed client, Browns Recruitment Group Ltd, is on the lookout for a dedicated and qualified Litigation Lawyer or Legal Executive to join their distinguished team. We are particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Litigation. You will be responsible for managing cases for both commercial and individual clients across a diverse array of litigation issues, including:
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Insolvency matters
  • Commercial litigation

Role Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage our team's expertise to address clients' legal challenges with insightful, commercially aware, and cost-effective advice.

On a weekly basis, your tasks will include:
  • Engaging with potential clients to thoroughly understand their needs and instill confidence in our ability to resolve their issues.
  • Recognizing that initial consultations serve both as sales opportunities and information-gathering sessions to convert prospects into clients.
  • Demonstrating your legal expertise in a confident and professional manner.
  • Contributing to the growth of the Browns Recruitment Group Ltd by collaborating with the team to identify new opportunities and effectively communicate our value proposition to attract clients.
  • Creating content for our website and publications, attending networking events, and potentially speaking at industry gatherings.
  • Collaborating with management to shape the future direction of the firm and actively participating in its implementation.

Compensation and Benefits

Salaries are determined by individual performance, with initial expectations setting the starting salary. Exceeding these expectations will lead to salary increases, with no upper limit to reward high achievers.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
