About the Role and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Walsall. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in Accounts Payable, strong IT skills, and the ability to efficiently produce accurate and relevant information. They must also be adaptable to working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile supplier accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Process overhead invoices and ensure they are matched to GRNs.
  • Monitor and control query resolution and meet KPIs.
  • Correct errors in Accounts Payable Journals.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is approximately £29,600 per annum, based on the job requirements and location in Walsall.
