We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts and Administration Specialist to join our finance team in Malvern.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be proficient in the following areas:

  • Creating and sending student invoices via Xero
  • Managing weekly BACS runs and monthly reconciliations of purchase ledgers and bank accounts
  • Processing payroll, including statutory year-end returns and pension submissions

A salary ranging from 23,000 to 25,000 per annum, free meals, and flexible working arrangements are available.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily financial transactions
  • Process payroll and manage employee records
  • Prepare and send invoices and statements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
  • Proficiency in Xero and Sage
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
