Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Special Needs Education Support Professional to join our school team. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, willingness to help in other areas of the classroom, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The role involves working with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging behaviours who require extra learning support on a 1:1 or small group basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and work closely with children who have ASD as well as some other special needs.

The ideal candidate will be confident and passionate about working with students who need extra Learning Support. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Although this is primarily a SEN role, the successful candidate will be required to carry out general Teaching Assistant duties and assist with extra-curricular activities.

What We Offer
