About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new build industrial development based in Birmingham, West Midlands. As an Industrial Infrastructure Coordinator, you will oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical infrastructure, ensuring that all systems meet the project's specific requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight and coordination of mechanical installations
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Managing contractor payments and invoices
  • Resolving technical issues and implementing practical solutions
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with design teams and other trades to coordinate mechanical work
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Proven industry expertise with a track record of successfully managing mechanical packages on new build industrial projects
  • Extensive background within the industry with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar position for a leading contractor or subcontractor
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, quality control, leadership, and mentoring abilities
  • Capacity to prioritise health and safety effectively
  • Good knowledge of construction laws and regulations
