Trainer and Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainer and Educator to join our team at Exceptional Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with a minimum of a Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
The role involves developing and delivering training programmes that meet the needs of our team members. You will work closely with management to identify future and current training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Responsibilities:
- To lead on the delivery of training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- To work collaboratively with management to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- To measure and monitor the effectiveness of learning programmes and provide feedback to management.
Benefits:
