Job Description

At Exceptional Care, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Workforce Development Trainer. This is a part-time opportunity of 25 hours per week with an estimated salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a professional learning and development culture that improves the learner's experience in line with the organisation's values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead on the delivery of training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • To work in a proactive and positive way to promote the organisation and its services.
  • To build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, partners and external agencies to maintain business flow.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks and workload.
