At CBC Resourcing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing independent pre-completion quality monitoring assessments, committed to reducing risk and improving the customer journey in line with regulation, industry codes, and business requirements.

The Risk and Compliance Specialist will undertake account level reviews, thematic reviews, customer journey reviews, and telephone call monitoring to ensure processes are followed to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking regular quality and compliance assessments and maintaining appropriate records of competency for Motor Finance staff.
  • Efficiently compiling and recording audit results and analysis to facilitate the production of monthly management information.
  • Delivering constructive feedback on quality monitoring to promote a standard of excellence in all aspects of Motor Finance activity.
  • Highlighting any risks identified while carrying out reviews immediately to line manager.
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of robust quality monitoring processes where the customer journey is at the heart of everything we do.

Experience and understanding of compliance and regulatory standards within a Motor Finance or Financial Services background would be advantageous.
