Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Gynaecology Specialist Nurse to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to women undergoing early pregnancy complications and gynaecology issues.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within gynaecology and an understanding of early pregnancy. A gynaecology course would be advantageous for this position. You will be required to run clinics, evaluate, plan, and implement care for women experiencing early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage or ectopic pregnancies. Additionally, you will be involved in general department management duties, including staff training, competency assessment, and staff appraisals.

Your Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current NMC registration, have relevant teaching qualifications, and experience of supervisor/assessor/preceptorship. You should also possess continuous professional development, ALS training, and relevant gynaecology and early pregnancy courses.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and flexible working hours.
