We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at the Royal Derby Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with a passion for women's health to contribute to delivering safe, high-quality care to patients.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of outpatient gynaecology, including colposcopy, fertility, and hysteroscopy, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
The post holder will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs without direct supervision.

Main Responsibilities- Practice autonomously and take responsibility for safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care that respects and maintains patient dignity and human rights.
- Liaise closely with the senior team to ensure efficient and effective communication, delivering a high-quality service to patients and their relatives.
- Contribute to practice development within the clinical care setting and adhere to Trust Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.

Requirements- Demonstrable acute hospital experience
- Experience of working independently and in a team
- Excellent standard of written English
- IT literate
- Completion of communication training
The estimated salary for this role is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear desire to care for gynaecological patients and have excellent communication skills.
