About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resourcer to join our Public Sector Legal Team in Manchester. As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants in sourcing top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Recruitment Consultants to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify new candidates and expand our network.
  • Utilize various tools and databases to source candidates and track progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
