About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resourcing Specialist to join our Public Sector Legal Team in Manchester. As a Resourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants in sourcing top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Recruitment Consultants to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the legal industry.
  • Source and qualify candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and databases to find the best candidates for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
