We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our dynamic team at London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW UCC). As an Out of Hours GP, you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to patients during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of primary care health issues, including urgent primary care presentations.
- Provide advice and support to patients and their families, ensuring clear communication of treatment plans and arranging appropriate acute onward referral as needed.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our electronic health record systems.
- Full GMC Registration with license to practice in the UK.
- MRCGP qualification or equivalent.
- Member of the Performers List.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
