Lead Dialysis Nurse - Clinical Excellence Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Dialysis Nurse to join our team as a Lead Dialysis Nurse, responsible for delivering outstanding patient care and contributing to the clinical excellence of our dialysis clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nurse to develop their leadership skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • As a Lead Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dialysis clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinical aspects of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Supervise and train staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience managing a team of nurses and practitioners.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Office.

  • A competitive annual salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
