Dialysis Nurse Specialist

A challenging and rewarding position has become available for a highly skilled Senior Dialysis Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Thamesmead, London. As a key member of our renal care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our service.
Job Description:- Undertake the role of the Nurse in Charge, leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager, taking on additional responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Take ownership of the care programs for renal patients, ensuring that individual needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £34,500 - £41,700 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
