**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Officer to work with us in Maidstone, Kent.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the contract, including planning of works and managing performance and delivery to the required contract specification.
  • Assisting the Senior Contract Manager where necessary to deliver the requirements of the Contract.
  • Identifying and escalating risks immediately to the Senior Contract Manager.
  • Providing regular updates and support to the Senior Contract Manager on contracts outcomes against programme.
  • Undertaking regular audits of contract-related information.
  • Collating, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs within contractual frameworks.
  • Providing financial monitoring support and analysis to the Senior Contract manager.
  • Regularly monitoring CRM Task Management.
  • Monitoring and reporting on contract management meeting actions.
  • Taking on specific projects as required.
  • Supporting delivery teams in responding to written and phone enquiries and updating CRM as necessary.
  • Processing works orders, completions, processing for payments or inspection requests in accordance with policies and procedures and responding to general queries relating to proposed and confirmed works.
  • Assisting in the provision of information for the database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required.
  • Carrying out other support tasks such as word processing, processing correspondence, specifications, and providing general support to the Property Team.
  • This role requires an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
