Senior GPU Graphics Algorithm Developer

European Tech Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Senior GPU Graphics Algorithm Developer to work closely with a multinational telecommunications company based in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new graphics and rendering algorithms for mobile GPUs.
  • Analyze GPU applications to identify opportunities for performance and power improvement.
  • Profile and optimize rendering code and GPU shaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of graphics concepts, including GBuffer, ray tracing, and global illumination.
  • Hands-on experience with Vulkan API, including ray tracing with Vulkan.
  • Experience with one or more graphics APIs, such as Vulkan, OpenGL, Metal, DirectX11, or 12, and/or OpenCL.
  • Excellent programming skills in C or C++.

Desirable Experience:

  • PhD in a relevant field.
  • Advanced rendering algorithm development experience.
  • Experience with game engines, such as Unity or Unreal.
  • Mobile game development experience.
